I feel it's always a little tricky trying to automate cold outreach — results are usually really poor since there's a lack of personalisation. But, using SmartWriter in my process helps allay this problem and make my emails sound more genuine. Although I'll never stop with the manual way of researching and reaching out to someone, I can see how SmartWriter can reduce many missed opportunities by using this tool on a larger amount of contacts that I will never have the time to handle myself manually.
